TERMS OF USE - LANGUAGE COACH

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Language Coach mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Language Coach is a mobile application that provides language learning services including:
- AI-powered conversation practice
- Pronunciation training
- Custom story creation (premium feature)
- Interactive language exercises

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

3.1 Premium Subscription
- Monthly subscription provides access to premium features
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
- Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Account charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to current period end
- Cancel anytime in device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)

3.2 Free Trial
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree to:
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Not use the App to create harmful or inappropriate content
- Respect intellectual property rights

5. CONTENT POLICY

- User-generated content must comply with community standards
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
- Content should be suitable for educational purposes

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- The App and its content are owned by Dmitry Zaika
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us license to use your content to improve our services

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL DMITRY ZAIKA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dmitry Zaika is registered.
